It has certainly been awhile. Not much new with me, though. Almost done with school; have two classes left for next semester and then I'm done finally. Still busting my ass at UPS to pay the bills. Been in physical therapy for my shoulders twice, but still truckin' along. It's amazing what someone can put themselves through just for health insurance.

Pretty slow on the art front these days. If it's not for school I haven't really made anything. All the stress just stifles anything I might want to do just for fun. Maybe I just need some people to hang out and draw with, I dunno.

Anywho, for anyone out there who still follows me, you have my utmost gratitude. <3

New Names And Stuff

Sweet! We can finally change our usernames! About bloody time. Anyway, the reason for the name change is mainly since "silverfyre" is kinda commonish on the internet, and I wanted something that stood out a bit more. I've been using this as more of a personal handle for the past few years. I was actually seriously considering getting a different account for awhile there.

Just in case you're wondering what my username means; it's simply a homonym for my birthday, which is August 13.

IN OTHER NEWS. Just finished up another semester. I have a bunch of paintings done that I intend to show once I touch some up a bit and/or scan them in.

Also, just a little over a week from now I'll be heading to NYC for my brother's wedding. I'll be there for a week doing random touristy shenanigans, and then the day after I fly back I'll be running in a zombie 5k. SUPER EXCITE about that. runforyourlives.com/

For realzies!

Been in school since last summer, so there is indeed art, and since I got a nice scanner/printer for X-mas, I really have no excuse...>_>

Also made improvements to my drawing space/ taken care of electronic issues, so now I actually feel a bit more inclined to do art aside from all the school shit I don't do until the last minute because when it comes down to it, my procrastination wins out most of the time.Someone gimme some Adderall or something plz. ;3

Hey guys. Mostly just for testing out journal skins. Don't know why I waited so long to use them, they're pretty nifty. Though I wish I could figure out how to make my own.

In other news, I'm trying to do NaNoWriMo this month, though I doubt I'll be able to finish, since it's kinda hectic this month, what with me moving to a new apartment in 3 weeks, going to MFF in 2 weeks, and soon to be working lots of extra hours as a UPS driver helper. But I'll do my darndest, as it's the best I can do.

P.S. Borderlands isn't helping much either, but it's such an awesome game! Me and my boy have been playing it almost everyday since we bought it. X3

Ustream Part Dos

Hai thar!

A few days ago, my old laptop was virus gangraped to death. RIP. But since it was old any crappy anyway, I was planning to get a new one for my birthday on the 13th. Well, I'm impatient. I got myself a shiny new laptop a couple days ago and am loving it. IT'S SO FAST AND SHINY OMG.

So yar, expect me to try Ustreaming again in the near future. Was going to try today but for some reason Ustream isn't recognizing WebcamMax so it won't show my screen. >:E
